My Approach to Therapy
When it comes to life, I have always had the belief that no one deserves to be alone in the most difficult moments. Therapy can be the place you go during these times. However, making that call and setting up the first appointment is not always easy. So, my goal is to make sure that you feel welcomed and comfortable from the initial phone consultation to the end of our first appointment and ultimately throughout our work together.
I approach therapy in a very simple yet meaningful way: every person has a story and that story deserves to be heard. Not only do I provide you the space to tell your story, but also to find meaning and purpose in it. Once this is discovered, I then help you find where in your life to apply this purpose and meaning. In addition, I focus on helping you manage anxiety, depression, or just general life stress related to relationships, work, and other significant areas. I want you to walk away feeling more in control of your life and also closer to the person you want to be.
